Mark 15:16-32
How do you handle it when someone makes fun of you for your faith? You may have experienced times of ridicule or dismissal because of your Christian stance. It’s never pleasant, and yet it is a mark of identity with the God who suffers for us and with us. As Jesus moves closer and closer to the cross, the outright mocking and insults increase. We witness again the power of His love and faithfulness. He remained steadfast, enduring the humiliation, because of love – even for those who mocked and assaulted him. What wondrous love!
