Pine Lake Youth exists to find & follow Jesus together.
Our hope is that Pine Lake Youth would be a place where you can:
- Be yourself.
- Belong to something bigger.
- Become part of bringing heaven to earth.
Throughout the school year, we have two consistent gatherings for middle school and high school students:
Tuesdays, 6:00-8:00pm
We begin with dinner at 6pm with an evening that includes connection time, worship, teaching, and breakout groups specifically designed for middle school and high school students.
Sunday Worship, 10:00am
Come join Pine Lake Youth in the front three rows!

Confirmation is a 6-month discipleship experience, designed for students 8th grade and up, taking a deep dive into Scripture. You’ll be paired up with a mentor to explore deep questions of life and faith with monthly gatherings for group teaching. The year is capped off with Confirmation Sunday, in early June, to celebrate the ways in which God has been at work in your life.
This trip is designed to help middle schoolers grow in faith, develop compassion, and learn what it means to participate in God’s mission in real, tangible ways. Students will engage in hands-on service projects including land preservation work, learning about indigenous history and culture, and serving local community needs. We’ll also explore historic sites like Fort Casey and Fort Ebey, do some kayaking, enjoy the beauty of the island, build deeper friendships, and spend intentional time in Scripture, prayer, and worship as we ask: How do we join what God is already doing in a place?

In the Spring, we head back to Cascades Camp for our annual Middle & High School Escape Retreats! These are Pine Lake Youth retreats in our own lodge for the weekend. This is a time for fun, renewal, and friendship building; filled with worship, teaching, ziplining, rock climbing, canoeing, firepit gatherings, and everything else camp has to offer! This is a great trip for inviting a friend!

Each year, PLCC partners with Covenant Kids Congo to participate in the Global 6K, providing clean water for communities in the D.R. Congo! Why 6 kilometers? Because 6K is the average distance that people in the developing world walk for water – water that is often contaminated with life-threatening diseases. In fundraising for this event, we empower vulnerable children and families with the provision of lasting clean water. This is an all-family (and dogs!) event! Together we walk, stroll, run and end our time celebrating together with food and fun! See it in action!

Service & Missions
August 10-17, 2026, a team of 20 people will go to Nome, Alaska, to serve alongside Nome Covenant Church and local community partners! Their work will include supporting a youth center, assisting with bicycle repair and transportation needs, and partnering with KICY Radio, a Christian radio ministry that serves communities across Alaska and beyond. Throughout the trip, they will be learning from local leaders, honoring the culture of the region, and seeking to join in the good work God is already doing there.
PLCC has a longstanding partnership with YoungLife Capernaum, a ministry that serves students with special needs and their families across Sammamish, Issaquah, Bellevue, and Redmond. This evening event is one of the highlights of the year, where students put their skills on display during a talent show… a great way to come together with the opportunity to serve in multiple ways throughout the evening!

Through our partnership with Children of the Nations, students—alongside their families—have the opportunity to package meals for children in Sierra Leone. This takes place in early December in the gym at PLCC, where multiple assembly lines produce thousands of meals in only a few hours! It’s a great way to serve alongside others to make a deep impact!
