I have an active recurring gift in the old giving system. Do I need to do anything?

Yes! First, you’ll need to set up your recurring gift in the new system:

Log in to the new system.
For recurring giving, change the Frequency to Regularly.
Enter gift details and payment information.
Click Continue.

Next, you’ll need to login to the old giving system and deactivate your current recurring gift.

After that, you should be all set! If you have any questions along the way, please contact the PLCC Stewardship Team.

I do not have an active recurring gift in the old giving system. Do I need to do anything?

There’s nothing you need to do immediately, but when you’re ready to make a one-time or new recurring gift, simply visit the new giving system.

I send my donations from an outside source (401(k), DAF, etc.). Do I need to do anything?

There’s nothing you need to do immediately, but in order to view your giving history, you’ll need to visit the new giving system to set up your profile.

If my spouse/partner normally manages the donations, will I be able to access our household giving?

Please contact the PLCC Stewardship Team and they will set your profiles as joint givers.

I have given to PLCC in the last year... Why haven't I received the emails about the new giving system?

Please contact the PLCC Stewardship Team and we’ll make sure your profile is set up correctly in our system!
