New as of fall 2019, we are now offering both morning and Evening MOPS options!
MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers. MOPS is a program for mothers of young children ages birth through kindergarten. There is also a quality children’s program called MOPS Kids while the mothers are meeting. MOPS exists to encourage, equip and develop every mother of preschoolers to realize their potential as a women, mothers and leaders.
Mothers together share:
- companionship & concerns
- creative ideas & crafts
- speakers on many different topics
- ideas for building a stronger home
- help on raising children
- experience God’s love
Children, with experienced MOPS Kids teachers, get to:
- make crafts
- hear stories
- sing songs
- eat snacks
- make new friends
- learn how much God loves them
Nursing Moms are welcome!

PLCC is now offering an evening option for MOPS and MOMSnext for mothers who have not been able to attend on Tuesday mornings! MOPS/MOMSnext is an opportunity for women with children birth through 5th grade to connect and grow as women and mothers. We exist to encourage, equip and develop every mother to realize their potential as a woman, mother and leader.
Quality childcare will be available while mothers are meeting. Families are also invited to enjoy the Tuesdays Together church meals (served from 6:00 – 6:45 PM in community room 110) before the Evening MOPS/MOMSnext gathering.

We are always ready to welcome new moms to both MOPS and Evening MOPS! MOPS is $100 for the year, and Evening MOPS is $50.
Summer in the Park
Let’s stay connected over the summer.
Bring the kids, a snack or lunch, swimsuits for the spray park and spend some time with other moms. Invite a friend or neighbor!
Lower Sammamish Commons Park, located behind the library and City Hall, features a playground, water spray play area and lots of open space. The park also features a circular path around the park popular with joggers, walkers and other exercisers. There is also a large covered picnic area. The park offers no indoor restroom facilities.
