Kyle Harmon

Kyle was born in Denver, CO, where he lived until he turned 18 years old. He grew up leading worship and was involved with ministry in his high school and local church. After leaving home, Kyle attended Vanguard University, where he graduated in 2009 with a degree in cultural anthropology and minors in theology and music. While in college, he met his wife, Joanna, and they were married in 2009. They moved to the Seattle area that same year to begin their new life together. Kyle began serving as a worship associate at Bellevue Presbyterian Church and worked there until 2017, finishing as Modern Worship director. In 2017, he felt another call to ministry and left BelPres to attend Seattle Pacific Seminary. Kyle completed his master’s degree in 2019 and began working with Children of the Nations, a mission organization that raises and cares for orphans and vulnerable children around the world. In 2020, Kyle and Joanna welcomed their first daughter, Adelyn, and in 2021, their second daughter, Emma. When not leading worship at PLCC, Kyle can be found working with Haitian-Dominican refugees in the Dominican Republic, playing ultimate frisbee, rooting for his beloved Colorado sports teams, or spending time with his family.
