My name is Nici Baughman, and I’m honored to serve on the PLCC Leadership Team. My husband, Mark, and I are originally Iowa natives, have lived in Sammamish since 1997, and have been members of Pine Lake Covenant Church for nearly 20 years. We have two children; Olivia, who is attending Gonzaga University as a freshman this fall, and Greg, who is a sophomore at Eastlake High School. I am a first grade teacher at Margaret Mead Elementary in Sammamish where I’ve been teaching for 10 years. I’ve served at PLCC in many different ministries, most recently as a Sunday School teacher, a Cornerstone Café Barista, and on the Youth Pastor Search Committee.
