The Power of “Friends”

The Power of “Friends”

Proverbs 1:8-19, 27:6

Our hearts are sticky, they tend to bond to whatever feels good. Because of our need for identity, we tend to bond to people and things that bring bondage. The biggest job parents have is to give their kids a sense of identity. This is the greatest gift you can give. “When you know who you are, you know what to do.” With a solid identity we become less vulnerable to negative peer pressure.
