Matthew 13:18-23
Jesus often told stories that used everyday language and imagery to illustrate the realities of the Kingdom of God. The story of the farmer planting seeds depicts four soils with four different outcomes. Jesus emphasized the good ‘crop’ that comes from the fourth soil, but how do we live as this good soil? The condition of the soil is grounded in the posture of the heart!
