The fullness of loving one another was shown to us in Jesus laying His life down for us! There is no greater love than Jesus laying his life down for all of us “one anothers.” Because of his death and resurrection, everything has changed. We are forgiven, we receive mercy, we are raised to new life, called to one another like Jesus. If everything is changed, why do we stay the same?
Before we celebrate Jesus conquering death, we must first recognize His own death on a cross. On this Good Friday, we invite you to pause to reflect, respond and worship with us, knowing the story does not end with the crucifixion of Jesus, because Sunday is coming.
Please note that this is not a live-stream of our Good Friday service, but rather a pre-recorded, abridged version of this evening’s in-person experience. Our hope is to provide a chance for you to share in a Good Friday reflection wherever you are. We encourage you to gather a candle, pen and paper, bowl of water, and a Bible for an opportunity to more deeply engage and respond during the video.
